Sanlam Sky – Human Capital Creative & Intranet Design Project
Seventynine Digital Design was appointed by Sanlam Sky Human Capital to conceptualise and deliver a series of high-impact digital designs in support of their internal strategic initiatives. Our work included developing the visual identity and look-and-feel for Sanlam Sky’s Human Capital, as well as crafting designs that aligned with key themes such as the Sanlam Sky Human Capital Strategy, Understanding of Human Growth, and Sanlam Sky as an Employer of Choice.
As part of promoting a strong internal culture, we also produced a set of high-performing culture training videos designed to engage and educate Sanlam Sky staff across various levels of the organisation.
In addition to campaign content, Seventynine Digital worked on the conceptual design for the Sanlam Sky intranet, aiming to improve internal communication, accessibility of resources, and employee engagement. The final intranet design was either implemented internally by Sanlam or through their appointed external partner.
Through this project, our team ensured that all creative outputs were aligned with Sanlam Sky’s brand standards and human capital objectives, delivering a cohesive and visually compelling internal campaign.
